SELF-CARE TIME WITH SKIN MATTER.
Hi friends! Hope you’re doing good.
It’s wintertime and you’re probably already getting ready for Christmas, which I should be doing soon too. I particularly love this time of the year, because it’s, as I call it, a cuddling time :) I love wearing knitwear, cuddling up with my family and enjoying time well spent at home by baking some sweets together, playing games or watching movies altogether.
What I love and cherish the most about it - is the “me time“. It’s that time when I usually send my family for a walk (need some quietness, can you relate?) or wait until everyone is asleep to spend good quality time with myself. My typical self-care time at home will include very comfortable, preferably knitted clothes, hot tea, inspiring read. Magazines are the best for gathering work-related inspiration or childcare/parenting literature will also work fine, as it calms me down … and SKINCARE! Skincare is an essential part in taking care of myself. I even created an evening ritual for it -lit the candle, put the music on and enjoy my favourite skincare products. SACRED time for me, myself and I!
That’s why I was so excited to find everything that I needed for my self-care time at SKIN MATTER, a new online destination for sustainable skincare as well as body care and welness products. After meeting its founder in person (hey Olga, I know you’re reading :) I felt that there is so much more behind SKIN MATTER, rather than simply yet another skincare shopping destination.
