Recently I have teamed up with one haircare brand to test their products and can’t wait to show the amazing editorial that I’ve shot with my partner photographer Ena Andjelkovic as well as to share my experience of using this hair care line.

I’m glad to present you New York-based haircare brand called John Masters Organics. They have recently launched in Germany offering their best organic hair care products.

ABOUT JOHN MASTERS ORGANICS

John Organics was launched in 1994 in New York City by a leading stylist, who had an idea to create ‘clean’ haircare and skincare products, based on rich plant-based formulas only. Firstly he has opened his “clean” salon in Soho, where he had been styling his clients using no single chemical. Over the years John Masters Organics has spread all over the world having 70 stores across the US, Japan, and Europe, and now is available in Germany too!

I was very keen on trying John Masters products for the very first time, so here is a quick overview of the products I’ve used from the John Masters line:

• repair shampoo and repair conditioner with honey and hibiscus

• hair milk with rose and apricot

• scalp purifying serum with spearmint and meadowsweet

• scalp treatment and volumizer

MY HAIR STORY

I have always had very healthy, rich, and strong hair - never ever in my life have I died it (just never wanted), so my hair has always been a very strong part of my appearance. And therefore a big part of my self-esteem too if that makes sense. Ever since a little girl, I have always heard compliments about my healthy long hair. However, I have to admit, I have been experiencing a bit of a hair loss just recently. Have no idea yet what it might be connected to - my recently changed diet, or lack of some vitamins, or simply hormonal change, but I have lost up to 40% of my volume. I was devastated, really. I know for you it might not be so visible, as my friends I shared this story with told me that I still have lots of hair. But I know what I’m talking about :) Nevertheless, I had to do something to address this unexpected hair loss issue.

This is where John Masters Organics came right on time with their organic formulas - I’ve been using repair shampoo and conditioner for a month now and have to tell you that my hair became thicker - I love seeing that my volume is coming back. Not to say that I got more hair all of a sudden (which I wouldn’t mind), but the result is quite satisfying.

What I loved the most out of everything I used, was hair milk with rose and apricot. It’s an amazing product to style your hair however you like. I loved that wet crazy effect it gave to my volume. I look like a lioness in this editorial, right?

I’m so glad I discovered this organic hair care brand as my hair desperately needed some profound treatment and I got it! I enjoyed using John Masters Organics a lot and can totally recommend it to all the green beauty lovers out there!
